Casa de Frutas is one of the most amazing, privately owned luxury rental villas in Tulemar. Designed by the owner and filled with furniture, artifacts and art work from his trips to Bali, this "Bali Modern" style house totals over 4,000 square feet of tropical, open-air living. There are 3 private, air conditioned suites with three and 1/2 baths. Some of the many amenities include panoramic, sunset ocean views, an infinity edge plunge pool with an outdoor shower and a Balinese pavilion with day bed.
Casa de Frutas sits on a hillside overlooking the ocean and is bordered by jungle, filled with monkeys, sloth and exotic birds.
This home is now available to rent through out the year and is best suited for 3 couples or one family with 3-8 persons or two families with 4-8 persons or one couple looking for luxury and privacy or 10 very close friends.

Personal Butler
One of the things our guests rave about the most, is the unexpected and unrivalled service they
received during their stay from Mauricio, their own personal butler. Mauricio, a native of Costa Rica, graduated
from ULACIT university with a business degree and then spent three years in the US working and studying English.
After his time in the US, he returned to Costa Rica to work in banking and hospitality, learning the high level of
service required to excel in both industries. Mauricio has worked with Dave Houck from the beginning in management,
marketing and as a business partner. He takes pride in knowing what guests expect staying in a luxury vacation rental,
and utilizes his extensive network of local contacts to fulfill all our guests' wishes. You can feel comfortable at knowing
that whatever you need during your stay will be taken care of by Mauricio. As one of guests remarked "He knew what we would
need before we even asked".
