Tulemar's spacious 800 sq. foot Premium Bungalow provides all the comforts of home only, perhaps, with a better view! It has a recently remodeled kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, sink, 2 burner hot plate and coffee maker) an air conditioned living room with a trundle bed and an air conditioned, master bedroom with two queen size beds and television.


The updated bathroom is accessible separately from both the living room and the bedroom allowing for privacy. The large covered balcony features a jacuzzi spa and is furnished for indoor and outdoor living. The octagonal design of the Bungalow was created so that you have a special view from every window in all directions, and all the windows open completely to allow the outside to virtually come inside. The Bungalows are immersed in the jungle with great ocean views and lots of wildlife "visits".

Bungalow guests have access to the three resort pools.

Julien Buralli was born and raised in the south of France. After graduating from school, he moved to Costa Rica after reading that it was a land of opportunity. He arrived in Manuel Antonio/Quepos seven years ago and found that opportunity; he bought land, built a home, married a Tica and now has a family!


Julien is fluent in Spanish and English in addition to his native French.

  • • Rates are in US Dollars and valid thru 2013, based upon double occupancy and do not include 16% tax.
  • • Children 10 and under are no additonal charge.
  • • Children over 10 and additional adults are $30 per person, per night.

  • • Use of the resort pools is included.
  • • Payment Terms: 25% due at time of booking with remainder to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
