 Dave Houck took his first trip to Costa Rica over 16 years ago and has now lived full time in Manuel Antonio for over 7 years. He and his family own Casa de Frutas and other real estate in Tulemar. Dave and his business partner, Mauricio Jara, a native Costa Rican, own and operate Tulemar Vacation Home Rentals. Their office and Dave's home are located inside of Tulemar, so they are always close. Dave is also a member of the board at Tulemar. Together with Julien & Del Mar, they have the experience, first hand knowledge and the local connection to answer all of your questions and handle the details of your stay.
